KEY FEATURES:

• Clients brief with Architect Emily Filby from Chromaticity Architecture, was a Mediterranean feel to the new addition to their home.  Bright color finishes and rendered internal walls pulled off the brief with style and a wow factor.
• Alteration and addition to existing weatherboard home to create new open plan kitchen/dining/living area that over looks new in-ground pool and detached studio.
• New en-suite, bathroom, bedrooms and rumpus were created as well as renovating the existing front rooms of the house to it’s former glory.
• Colored glass windows to the first floor bedroom and studio create a point of difference when looking through to the landscaped back yard or up from the recycled timber post entertaining area outside.
